28th Amendment

28th amendment
Public funding for campaigns
Article—The public support should be the driving factor in a politicians staying in the running for an office. This would pertain for all state and federal offices. Private funding may be applied, but only in an amount equal to that that is publicly funded.

This allows the public to have more power on which the main candidates will be. To prevent big businesses and organizations from pushing people that would help them instead of the betterment of the nation as a whole. Politicians now have to think wisely on how they campaign making everything to the point with less beating around the bush. I think that this will also allow third party members to have a larger chance of getting into office.

  1. I don't understand this completely but I think I understand enough. So you can stop candidates from winning because they would be funded by us. So this year none of the candidates would win if this were real.
